Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: If you think your package is lost or stolen, you will need to contact USPS.  We are unfortunately not able to help with these types of issues.  Please always remember to have your purchases shipped to a safe, secure location you trust.  

With that being said, we may accept returns up to 15 days after you receive your order.

This will be determined based on when USPS tracking says your package has arrived at your specified delivery location.

There are a few stipulations:

  1. If all of the following is true about the product upon its arrival back to us, we will give a 100% refund.  You will only need to pay for shipping back to us:
    1. Unopened
    2. Unused
    3. In it’s original shrink wrap
    4. In excellent condition 
  1. If all of the following is true about the product upon its arrival back to us, we will give a 75% refund.  You will also need to pay for shipping back to us:
    1. Opened, but components are in excellent condition (cards / components are pristine, unbent, and unsoiled)
    2. No missing cards and/or game pieces
    3. Product packaging is in excellent condition (corners are not crumpled or frayed, no scratching or wear evident)
  1. If the product has been opened and used OR it is in less than excellent condition, a refund unfortunately cannot be issued

Refunds will be issued after we determine the condition of the returned product.  This is done after we receive it back from you.  These evaluations may take up to 5 business days after we receive your return. 

If we determine the condition of the returned product to be less than excellent, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.  We will alert you if a return is deemed to be in an un-refundable condition.

Please note the following:

  1. We do not charge a restocking fee
  2. We do not accept any form of product exchanges.

Return Process

  1. Email us at RedBRN@RedbrnGames.com to communicate your intent to return a product
    1. Subject line should contain the words “Return and Refund for Order #” and then your specific order #
    2. Body of the email should describe the following:
      1. The reason for the return
      2. Current condition of the product
        1. You can reference our stipulations listed above.  For example, you can say something like, “condition of the product falls under product return stipulation #1”
  1. Obtain a shipping label and ship the product back to us
    1. Obtaining a shipping label is the customer’s responsibility

  1. Once we receive your return, we will evaluate it and confirm if the product is in acceptable condition within 5 business days of receipt
    1. We will let you know if we agree with the product condition stated in your email
    2. We will let you know if we cannot accept your return for any reason
